Collaboration is extremely influential to our success. Promoting it within the work environment, we have an open office layout with private and group breakout meeting spaces located throughout. Teams that commonly work together – both by discipline and type of projects – are grouped together in ‘pods’ to help facilitate communication and coordination of efforts.
