Coordinating with the design-build team for this high-rise application, Hargis engineered the electrical, lighting and telecommunications systems that serve the dynamic spaces housed within the 4-story tenant space and contributed to the LEED® CI Gold certification. The client’s operating structure required advanced technologies and physical space to accommodate virtual meetings and training broadcasts.
