Hargis supported the 63,000 sf tier III office upgrades that include a 40,000 sf data floor. The existing facility had infrastructure to support a tier I data center, with some equipment on-site but not fully integrated. To upgrade it to a tier III, and meet the operational and occupancy goals, the team developed a phased approach to improve system redundancy and increase the watts per square foot from 40 to 90.
