With an approved approach and systems selection, our team designed mechanical, electrical and telecommunications systems for the emergency department addition, build out of new lab spaces, relocation of the central sterile space, reprogramming of space for the CT scan room and various systems upgrades throughout.

As the mechanical, electrical and telecommunications consulting engineering firm retained by Swedish Medical Center, Hargis is collaborating with the design-build team to coordinate shell and core systems that will impact the ambulatory spaces housed in the first two floors and medical offices ready for TIs in the 4 floors above.
