The Tower is the third AvalonBay property Hargis has supported through our tailored consulting services. In working with the owner, design-build contractor and local utility company, our mechanical team was able to successfully secure $520,000 in grant dollars that enabled the developer/owner to implement higher efficiency mechanical equipment into the complex.
